Happy with this stay. I was initially concerned with parking. The parking garage they told me to park at was only a 4 minute walk to the hotel and seemed to be pretty cheap ($13.50 CAD flat rate). Room was clean and great location in Montreal.

Room was in good condition, smelt overwhelmingly like pinesol. Esp ially for only having like 15 tiles and rhe rest is carpeted. Reception was a mightmare. Tje receptionist was cold and didnt listen to my answers. Kept asking me for the credit card and o kept repeating i dont have the one on file. they should update their google photos to reflect on how it really looks. Not the best part of town to stay in to start with so lots of sirens, no restaurant open. Elevators to be taken at your own risk. Chrome it certainly was. Gold it was not.

One of my go-to places to stay in Montreal. Pros: location, location, LOCATION!! One block from all the restaurants, entertainment, metro stations! Very comfy clean beds and nice staff. Cons: This hotel is quite cosmetic run down, this particular room had bad water stain wall, old loud a/c unit, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Overalll outstanding value for a basic hotel.

The moment I stepped into the room, I was hit by a wave of disappointment. The sight that greeted me was nothing short of appalling. There was hair—not just a stray or two—in the bathtub but scattered all over the bedding, as if the previous guest had a contest with their own locks. The pillow was another horror story entirely; it was yellowed with stains, a grim reminder of countless unwashed nights. Feeling utterly dismayed, I made my way back to the front desk to voice my concerns. Surely, they would understand the gravity of the situation and provide me with a better room. But I was met with the disappointing news that no rooms were available until the following morning. Just when I thought my night couldn't get worse, the kindness of a staff member at the front desk handed me a set of clean sheets for the night. Though it wasn't the solution I had hoped for, I was grateful to have something to sleep on that didn’t resemble a makeshift horror show. I wish I could upload pictures to show just how dire the situation was, but for now, I'll have to recount this tale of an unsettling stay in the hope that others might be spared from such an experience.

Was given the wrong room with no solutions offered besides the worst cot I’ve ever slept on. Woman at the front desk was rude, argumentative and dismissive and treated us like we were stupid. Watched her give the gentleman in front of us the same treatment. Room was dirty, tub was permanently leaking, toilet was dirty, wallpaper was peeling. The gentleman that helped us the next day was worlds better, but we were still not offered any sort of refund or compensation for our terrible experience, after being told a manager would contact us the next day.
