We have stayed multiple times here and this time was disappointing the place is under construction and was unaware, the receptionist was not friendly at all ( not sure if it was cause we are from the USA). We stay here due to parking and location we are VIP with Expedia we will give it one more time and see how it is next time.

I booked this to be close to the Bell Centre. My room was like a suite - bigger than a reg room and almost like a small apartment. Beyond my expectations. Good price. The heating unit blow cold air every now and then, very annoying and uncontrollable. Other than that, the rooms are clean and service is very good. Quick to respond to service calls. Hotel is under renovation but that did not bother us.
