The room is much smaller than shown in the photos. The front desk also has to work the smaller bar / breakfast area. Not really a breakfast, they only have coffee, tea, and fruit. They offer pre made breakfast sandwiches and parfaits for purchase. Not much of a bar selection and the cola is not Coke or Pepsi. Its easy to get a taxi or wait for a ride share. The check in and check out process was easy.

Walls were a bit thin so you can totally hear people hanging things in the closet of the adjacent room and walking past the hallways, but the room itself was good! What I appreciated the most was the staff. Even before I checked out, they were very friendly and accommodating - I landed at 5:30am and the staff offered options for an early check-in charge or just safely leaving my luggage with them until 300pm. After checking out, I felt urgently sick while waiting for my uber back to the airport. The staff did everything to look after me and help me feel comfortable until I was really well enough to leave. Shout out to the entire staff, the charming Rachel and the solicitous Sasha. Thank you all!

Staff was excellent! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. My shower was not as clean as I would like it. Also , not happy about me having to pay a deposit and not getting it back for 2 weeks when I was told I would get it back right away when my room was inspected.
