The hotel is in the perfect location. Walkable to Riverwalk, shops and restaurants. The pool is nice but isn’t the most friendly. Requires climbing in and out on a ladder with footholds in the walls. Otherwise, I would happily stay there again.

We got to our room to find bed bugs. The hotel staff at the front desk did not seem to care, and brushed it off very quickly. We did get a new room, and that one appeared to be cleaner.
