Front desk was not helpful and no good customer service when interacting with them. Unprofessional dress and attitude of front desk crew. Lobby was dirty cold and not comfortable. Rooms need refrig and needed microwave for guests.

The room was comfortable, the staff was nice, however continental breakfast would have been nice & helpful. Also no instructions were given to for room service or to reach the front desk. When I pressed 0 it didn’t work so I went downstairs for everything I needed.
