The Restaurant was closed although I found out when I tried to order a takeout to work in my room and the phone was disconnected. The little "Market" was woefully understocked, which was the real disappointment nowing the restaurant was closed, nobody paid attention to having something there??

Small rooms and slow elevators, but they have remodeled though. Pillows were awful soft not sure if they were worn out or intentionally soft but they should offer others upon request. Kitchen was closed which one reason I stayed there was for breakfast. Staff at front desk were a bit short with clients but the bartenders were really friendly. Would not stay again there are several alternatives in close proximity.

The hotel was nice, the staff was helpful. The only issue we had was that the restaurant was closed due to a plumbing issue so we had to make other plans there but otherwise we were pleased and would book with them again.

Easy to get to! The valet was extremely friendly and quick. The front desk staff was super nice. The area is extremely close to the 16th mall so we loved being able to walk around. We are excited to stay here again!!!

The room was great and clean. The only thing with the room is our door didn’t shut and we had to slam the door to close. The restaurant was closed for construction. The valet was rude and staff were having an argument with a guest outside the hotel by the valet station. For the price you definitely should be getting a donut or something. You pay for the location and that’s it. Plan to spend $55 a night to park at their hotel with low clearance for vehicles and a $150 deposit on top of the pricey room.

The room was $200 but the hotel charged a $250 "ammenity" deposit during check-in? We were not notified about this charge until after actually booking the room. I came here on a budget and now have no money for however many days the charge will stay on. The hotel itself was decent but I can't stand not being told about these charges ahead of time. Ive never paid more for the deposit than the actual room. I don't mind paying deposits. What upsets me is the lack of transparency and the fact that I now have absolutely no money for gas to get home, and that the deposit was MORE than the room. I'm worried to touch any of the instant coffee or tea packets in the room brcause it'll probably be some ridiculous charge when that stuff should be complimentary. $55 parking is a joke too. Expedia advertised $40 self parking but the hotel "did away" with self park. All they did was blame Expedia, but it should be their responsibility to ensure their hotel is advertised accurately.
