The property is new and hence clean. But, they only clean your room every 3 days. Not even replacing used glasses. Booked a room for 3 people with a pull-out sofa. Sofas do not pull out.

Great stay!

Clean and nice hotel that is well-kept. Front desk staff was friendly both times we stayed. Room was nice, had everything we needed, and was quiet. It was easy to control the temperature, and beds were comfortable. The location is a close drive to several concert venues and close to food options, downtown, etc.

Broken elevator when we checked in. $20/night to park in a dirt parking lot next to the hotel. Hotel phone didn't work. Weird hours for hotel bar/ restaurant. Rooms are on the smaller side.
