"This was one of the worst hotels I've ever had to stay at. The front desk staff that checked me in was unfriendly and unwelcoming. When I tried my first room key, it didn't work, so I had to go back down to the desk. When I told her it didn't work, she said nothing, took the keys from me and started typing on her computer. I asked what the issue was and she said, "I don't know, I'm just going to put you in a different room". So I got that key and went to that room. The second I opened the door, the room smelled of marijuana so badly, there's no way I could stay there. I went BACK down to the desk, and she put me in a different room. On that visit she did finally act sorry for my trouble and offered free breakfast, so that was a decent gesture, but it didn't salvage my stay by any means. When I went into this new room, shortly after arriving I discovered an old black sock on the floor, most likely from the last guest. Considering we're living in a pandemic, it's unsettling to realize they don't take seriously cleaning the rooms after each guest. It's also a very noisy hotel and I did not sleep well at all. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my life, but this was quite honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I won't ever be back!"
