Very limited tv channels. It took 45 minutes (and two calls to the front desk) for a maintenance guy to come help only to tell us we would have the few channels, because “something is wrong”. The carpet was ugly, old & stained. Parking was not as advertised “because there was a new company doing it” so it cost more.
