My wife and I stayed here for a stay-cation and the whole atmosphere is amazing. The lighting is relaxed and the vibe is excellent. The staff is very accommodating and will be sure to answer any questions you have. The sauna, steamroom, cold plunge pool, hot tubs, mineral pools are all on point. I had an amazing experience at Cascada Spa and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to truly get away and relax. We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was such a nice surprise to find a small gift waiting for us in the room. Everything is designed beautifully and feels very luxurious. The spa itself is incredible, and I especially loved that it wasn't crowded. The quiet policy in the sauna and jacuzzi area on the lower level makes it so peaceful and really allows you to fully unwind. It's such a pleasant place that I would come back anytime. I also loved that the room had a washer and dryer, and even a dishwasher, such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no parking, so you have to find street parking in the neighborhood, which can be quite busy (I feel a little bad for the residents!). Definitely recommend this place!

The marketing on Expedia and hotels . Com are misleading and deceptive when it reviews the hotel amenities .It is not clear that you must pay a resort fee of 35 dollars and 100 dollars (50 Dollars per person )for one day . If you book an overnight each calendar day is a spa charge. The service by hotel employees was poor. When I ask about the spa charges to an employee of the hotel they called the wording deceptive. I felt like I was being ripped off the whole time I was there.
