The room was clean, super clean. Felt really safe and comfortable. I loved the chirping bird sounds in the hallway. I didn’t get the bottle of sparkling wine, but I also forgot to ask, partially my fault. Over all 9.5 out 10. Ohh and the beds were most excellent.

The Heathman has always been well maintained and clean. Rooms are very large, amenities like USBs in the rooms were lacking. The style of the room is mountain-lodge, so it doesn’t go out of style.

I was notified at check in that $25 per nights stay would be deducted for incidentals. If not used that would be refunded. At check out I was informed about a daily facilities fee which was not previously mentioned. I looked back at the confirmation email I received and it was not clearly stated. In addition, it is not posted that the room is only cleaned upon request. I made a request at the front counter for the room to be made up on the morning of the third day. The room was not cleaned and the nearly empty shampoo/soap/lotion were not refilled during my stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and parking was very easy. The room seemed to be in need of repairs. The faucet on the sink was very loose and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. It was so very hard. We ate at the restaurant our first night. It was nice but pretty pricey for the food they offered. There were signs all over the place showing scallops and calamari but neither were on the menu, what a disappointment. The one thing we found extremely annoying was the bird noise in the hallway. It serves no purpose and was just silly

Heathman is old school friendly, fair priced, comfy beds & large, quiet rooms. We have alot of family in the area & always enjoy our stay & take in the ambiance, great service & food in the restaurant.

We found this Hotel through Expedia. We were in Vancouver to visit my sweet mother. It was nice to have a hotel close to her home. Staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was charming and very good food. Free lattes in the lobby was a nice surprise. Will stay here everytime we are in Vancouver.

This hotel is in need of a refresh. The room was a bit dated and wasnt very clean. Paint peeling and dingy carpeting. Ive stayed here before and for what you pay, the value for me just isnt there. Staff is friendly, facilities like restaurant is good. But is in need of some uodates in comparison to other places.
