"Savoy hotel was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the Philippines so far. The room we booked was spacious and very clean. Amenities were topnotch as well. No complaints about the air conditioning which worked really well against Manila weather. All the staff are nice from the security to the front desk and hotel personnel making sure they make everyone feel what Filipino hospitality is like. The breakfast buffet is the best we have tried so far. Make sure you try the pandesal as it is better than most pandesal bakery there is! One thing to improve I guess is to upgrade the tv to a smart tv that could play netflix or youtube, this would make the whole experience even more superb. Overall, our stay at Savoy Hotel was worth it and would recommend this to everyone who wants to have a good time in Manila. Very close to the airport too!"

"Staff and place was excellent"

"Pool was cloudy and never maintained with huge user load. Staff often seemed clueless of how to help. Painfully slow check in process. Good buffet but lunch was crap."

"Check in took over 2 hours. The key cards would not work, the hotel had to call in someone to change the door mechanism. It took time for the repair person to arrive, and repair. In the meantime, the front desk would not give us another room, we went for dinner and still had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. No other form of compensation was offered, even when asked. Over our 2 day stay, we had to run down to get the key cards reactivated a few times. The breakfast was fine, room was clean and quite big, but after a 5.5 hour flight (it's 8 pm) you just want to go to your room."

"The hotel was great. The location was right in the hub of the city. It's a good property and the rooftop bar had fantastic sunset views."
