Breakfast is always good. Need to do a better job in cleaning the room. Need more parking space, they are always not available. Staff always friendly. I always like to stay in this hotel, it is convenient to everything.

The room is nice, but there is not enough closet space, just shelves. The lighting is poor, especially in the bathroom, which is dim. No iron, they do have a steamer, but the plug is far from the bathroom, and there's no place to hang the clothes to steam. So someone has to hold it for you to steam. Housekeeping is not the best. Sometimes they refill one bottle instead of two. They leave empty food containers. Location is great. The staff is nice, but they need to improve.Seems like not much thought was given in the design of the room. Oh, we had to change room because of an odor from the bathroom.

The staff was very helpful. The food was very good, lots of variety. Room was very clean. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. Definitely will come back for future stays.

After an issue with the lock on my door, it malfunctioned and required it to manually unlocked. I had to ask for a new key twice. I asked to be moved to another room because the lock malfunctioned and I was worried for my safety. I was unsure if it would unlock while I'm sleeping or not allow me out. Concierge agreed and advised me to pack my belongings to be moved when my new room is ready. I inform the Concierge my bags are packed for when my new room was ready. Concierge informs me that they need to speak to Manager. I asked why my concern was not brought up immediately, he did not reply. I spoke with Manager Janro and was advised that they will arrange for a new room and for my bags to be moved. While out, I recieve an email that I have a new room and for the inconvenience a laye check out at 4PM. When I returned. I'm informed my bags were not moved as promised. I asked Manager Janro for the email of the hotel GM. He did not provide me the email. When I called to follow up, I was put on an extended hold then transferred to a new manager because he left- without assisting me in contact the hotel GM. I was offered a discount for my next stay but I will not be returning to Seda after this experience. The Manager and Concierge staff were unprofessional in their response to my requests and failed to adequately compensate me for the inconvenience.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and very helpful-- every request I made from room cleaning to small maintenance needs, was taken care of quickly with a smile. The breakfast selection was excellent as well, with plenty of choices and great quality. If there's anything to improve, it would be the towels. They were clean and smelled fresh, but they looked a bit old and could be updated. There was also one day without cable service during my stay, but it didn't affect my overall experience too much. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

This is my fifth or sixth stay at Seda BGC, and it continues to be my favorite hotel whenever I visit Manila. The team here is consistently friendly, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. Every stay makes me feel welcomed and at home. From housekeeping to the gym staff to the front desk, everyone is genuinely warm and attentive. What always stands out to me is the hospitality—the warmth and comfort I feel from the moment I arrive. I always enjoy my stays here with my mom, and each visit reminds me why we keep coming back. The rooms are wonderful, the location is unbeatable, and the staff truly make every stay memorable. I’m already looking forward to returning again next year.

The service was wonderful from the minute I arrived. Never opened a single door but my hotel room and the lobby bathroom. Always attentive to my needs while eating at the breakfast buffet or when I was at the bar. A simple glance around to look for staff I felt they saw me before I could find them. Never felt pressured to rush even when I arrived late for my breakfast. When I was having issues with my TV I had staff up there within minutes I mean like less than 5 and were helping me fix the issue. Provided plenty of filtered drinking water ( I drink a lot ) and when I asked for more they doubled the amount! Amazing experience. Will 100% come again!
