The room is very small. As for the bathroom, one person has to get out before another can get in. We tried to upgrade to a king bed, but we were offered a room with a kitchen and living room for an additional ₱3,500 per night

Had a car service booked to pick us up and after he failed to show up I asked staff to call a taxi they told us for security reasons they couldn’t which was ridiculous as we arrived at the hotel by taxi. But they were more than happy to arrange for their own driver to take us to airport for 2500 pesos. I felt they were running a scam. I was not expecting this from a higher end hotel. For this reason I CANNOT recommend this hotel. Plenty of better options.

Staff and breakfast were excellent!

The staff is so wonderful, friendly, respectful, ready, and willing to help. Service was excellent! Breakfast variety and offerings are excellent. However, the bathroom of the hotel needs a lot of help, thorough cleaning - molds, blackened tiles, past guest hair in the shower, really dirty. There is also a bad smell inside the bathroom. The sheets and pillowcases need to be washed thoroughly so it doesn't have the sweat smell of the last guest.
