Business travelers should avoid. The internet is not stable and, periodically, not available. Was out for over 48 hours during my last visit, periodically out during this one. The staff handling bags and rooms are quite good. The front desk is not. The check-in and check-out procedures are very slow and below standards at most hotels. The property management seems very low key and largely invisible. The should examine improved processes at front desk including check in and check out as well as investing to fix the internet to hotel industry standards. The system dapperly to be a collection of managed hot spot points but it is really hard to tell. I received a 30 minute notice that I had to change rooms for maintenance.

Room was large, view wasn't so great beside an old building and construction site but other than that it was a nice stay. I stayed at 2 other hotels in Manila and this was the nicest by far. Washroom was large except had a weird rectangle shaped toilet seat. Lobby was nice and the rooftop bar/restaurant pool had a great view. We had 4 ppl and lots of luggage and still had ample room which was great. Only issue was the location for grab/taxis. In Makati it takes forever to find a driver.
