Cold showers

The Dusit is an older hotel in need of updating. For our four day stay we has zero hot water even after “Engineering” looked at it. The bathroom faucets spurted water for the first 3 days. The room was clean. Bed was ok but should have a newer mattress. The carpet was old and in need of replacing.

Property is in poor condition not maintained also charged for early check in. First room had a urine smell second room old bath tub do checked into a suite and charged for it. TV with signal that drop out and on the second day found disgusting black muck uner the tap. Will not stay here again and actually would like some compensation from the hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff are amazing and supportive. The breakfast buffet was perfect with different dishes..but as im a vegetarian person so the chef he cook for me different food during my stay . Thank to Chef and to Cora. Regarding the location the hotel is near many malls .

We got the Deluxe suite. It’s nice and spacious. The beds were too firm and felt like a springboard. But they put foam toppers when we complained about it. The staffs were nice. They also changed the fridge that was not working. I think they should make sure everything is working before they put any guests in the rooms. I hate the bath tub. It’s dangerous for elderlies and short people in general. I guess it hasn’t been changed since the hotel was first built. It would have been nice to just have a separate shower. The hotel is next to SM Makati and Glorietta- very convenient. But I think it’s too expensive compared to other 4-5 star hotels in Makati.
