I was so impressed about the Hotel. It was the best choice out of many hotels i stayed in manila. The staff the bfast buffet and the decorations filled with so much pleasure to be in the Hotel. The staff was excellent. Best time to be there December loved my one day stay. Wish i could have chosen for longer stay. maybe next time.

There was a giant cockroach outside. There was a giant cockroach inside, and when we tried to tell the staff, there was not much of it at the end of my stay. The manager spoke to me about it apologies but did not do anything else and said that you accommodate us a matter when we come back. Why would we come back when there were mistakes after one another. They also told me that housekeeping doesn’t come unless you summoned them and the day before we left, we were in the process of packing and all of a sudden housekeeping out of our room, tells us that she just cleaned it. Nothing was clean, and there were no towels left. Before this day, we were at a different five star hotel, which is New World Makati and is such night and day. I will not return to this place. This is not a five star hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay here. Amazing staff and the food and especially room service was exceptional. We didn't eat a bad meal there. Very clean. Property is a little older but I didn't mind. I wish there was a fan in the bathroom to take humidity away. The garden in the back is gorgeous and there was a fun new years party. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff ensured the cleanliness of the room was kept and cleaned; although many times request for two towel sets instead of one set was requested daily. Some days the request was fulfilled and other days it was ignored. In the breakfast area, a cockroach was seen, by the food. The bar by the pool was not in service during our stay, thus not being able to enjoy the full pool relaxation effect.

Check in was underwhelming. Front desk handed me the keys and that's it. No direction on where to go or no offer of help to take our luggages. When we retrieved our luggages, the person we asked just handed it to us with no offer of help to take us to our room, The manager came to our room to apologize though and explained that the staff was an OJT so he didn't quite know what to do yet. Rooms are quite nice with a touch of elegance. The shower door was broken but they came right away to fix it. The cleaning staff are all excellent and very attentive to your needs. Always asking us if we need anything everytime they see us in the hallway. We tried the breakfast buffet twice and it was ok. Not much to choose from considereing the price. The ramen and dimsum station is always out. One of the staff probably heard us mumbling about the lack of dimsum so we were quite surprised when she came over to our table and brought us some dimsum. Kudos to Patricia. Location is excellent. SM, Glorietta, Ayala Mall and MRT station are just across the street so you have plenty of dining and entertainment options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we'll probably stay somewhere else next time.
