The room was poor old and the ac was so noisy had to call maintenance twice The pool was terrible holy towels no pool bar no life guard poor sun beds The lobby was great and the pantry The club lounge area was great the food was great but the service was poor each night there was over 50 guests but only 2 staff 1 doing the cocktails the other delivering the drinks suffice to say it was terribly slow . You need more staff at the pool and at the lounge

As always, i really like the scent of Dusit. It’s welcoming and warm. The room we stayed in is clean with good amenities. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. The only downside was our request for room specifications were not granted. I do appreciate the staff for the gift of chocolates when we checked out. It was something extra that we did not expect.
