Breakfast and dinner was always Good. We did not eat lunch at the roof top so i can’t rate that. Staff were always good at the restaurant and house keeping. Buffet breakfast was also worth it and again staff was always attentive and polite. The front desk female staff needs to learn service from the restaurant and house keeping staff. We tried the massage and hubby enjoyed it a lot. We loved the full gym with a view Great location for sure. Elevator keeps breaking though… broke 3x on the full week we were there Other than that, I will book this hotel again. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi is great after our gym. Thank you

Hotel is located in the heart of Makati nightlife. Everything needed is on the street (banks, convenience stores, fast food) Breakfast is excellent - good variety as dishes change each day. Service is outstanding. Decent fitness center. Room is great with good shower and wifi. Air conditioning is good. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel so have to wait. A great deal at the price.

Bathroom wasn’t that clean. One lift was out of order and took 10min plus wait time. Staff said wifi was on the tv but tv was slow, unresponsive and flicking on and off. Couldn’t find wifi password on tv. Tried calling down to reception but phone continuously rang out. Tried going down to ask for password but the lifts was a long wait. Disaster after disaster. Decided to use roaming on my phone until I went down later for dinner.
