I’ve stayed here many times prior and had no issues. I booked one stay on the wrong date and spoke with staff while attempting to check in. She advise it was the wrong date and said if contacted the third party they would be willing to allow the refund. After attempting to get a refund, they advised the third party that they will not refund me. This is after I already spoke with the front desk manager at the time. I’ve stayed here many many times before with no issues. This one incident left a really bad experience with me and I will never stay here again. They just want your money and have no care for customer service whatsoever. Their customer service is absolutely careless. Go somewhere and book where you as a customer, are treated fairly.

You get what you pay for. Rattling AC, rooster farm on the rooftop next to your window, bedsheet stains and holes. I'm basically tripping over rats walking down the road leading to the hotel. You will get harassed every time you leave the hotel and everywhere in the nearby area. This place seems to be intended for 1 night redlight district stays. My bad for not researching the location beforehand. But regardless of that theres no way this property deserves the high reviews it has.
