"Great historic hotel in Plymouth. Extremely close to the Plimoth Grist Mill and the surrounding walking trails. On-site restaurants, plus several great options within a few blocks. Also not far from the Mayflower II and surrounding attractions.
The building is well maintained for being so old and the brick floor in the lobby adds a lot of character.
The quantity and placement of outlets in rooms is not what you would expect in a newer hotel, so you may need to charge your gadgets on the other side of the room or when you plan on not using them. One of the USB charging ports did not work, but other than that the outlets worked fine.
The pool and spa had a closed for the season vibe. The spa had posted open hours but was not in fact open. Also, the hot tub had the knob removed to engage the jets and the slide was roped off. The sauna had not been in use so it would have taken quite a bit to warm up.
If you plan to attend for the "spa" amenities, then keep in mind that these may be seasonal and check with the hotel before you book."
