Quiet gem in Plymouth

Our room was wonderful. The king- sized bed was heavenly. Did not want to get out of bed this morning. Pillows and comforter were great. Enjoyed the spacious, clean bathroom with amazing walk in shower. Also, very quiet! Delicious, made to order breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. .

Don’t bother.

Nobody at the front desk at 5pm arrival. Bed very hard. “Breakfast” was mini muffins and coffee only. Really mediocre.

Room is hot and smells bad, fan/ac does not turn on, and the window does not open. Front desk said something about a motion detector and the air turning on at 10 pm. Not sure why this hotel thinks it’s a good idea to welcome guests to a foul smelling hot room with no relief until allegedly at 10 pm. Unbelievably bad service.

TV in room didn't work. Even staff couldn't figure it out. Luckily/unluckily ended up changing rooms because the hot water in shower was scalding and unadjustable. Second room was less hazardous, but a hassle to move.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Everything about the room was great except the tv. Very limited channels to chose from and the guide displays no info about what is on the channels. There is no restaurant, bar or pool. Which was disappointing. There is nothing to do at the hotel. The small gym is nice and equipment new. There is no spa and part of the hotel is under construction. Also about 3 miles to the waterfront and attractions and you must get on the highway to get to the waterfront attractions and downtown area.

I’ve stayed at two of their locations so far and both were great! Super clean rooms and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Honestly, they went above my expectations each time.
