I liked that it was convenient to downtown Plymouth, a walk away. Staff could have been more welcoming and interested in guests. No hot water in room two days was unacceptable and the reason given was also unacceptable.

The treadmills in the gym didnt work, no lock on the bathroom door, they dont allow kids in the hot tub and we filtered specifically by hotels that had hot tubs, and the slide didnt open until 3:00 so we couldnt even utilize it.

It was close to lots of things, my room was recently re-done. The walls are thin! I could hear and follow entire conversations in the room next to mine and out in the hall. Luckily everyone was quite after 10. Clean, typical rooms.

It went downhill since we were last there. Pool area closed early on Thursday, not eco friendly. CJ's, the restaurant was just okay. The food was "meh", but the Hope, the bartender was super and was friendly and accommodating. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, which is the reason we went there again.

The Inn was nice and clean.didnt like the pillows, but thats a matter of preference. Pool was nice. Elevator needs sone attention in a major way!! Brfst was wonderful.

Absolutely amazing, super supportive, clean, A+

This hotel was a saving grace for us. My five year old non verbal autistic son and I have had horrible luck lately and needed to find alternative shelter. Upon arrival, the staff was amazing. She had read my note about his behaviors and accomodated us as requested. She was extremely sweet and understanding. When needing to book the next two nights as well, the staff (im sorry im horrible with names but will update it once i find out!), heard our struggles and assisted us in any way she could. Its been difficult being a single parent of a disabled child so things like this are so much more significant than ppl may realize. The rooms are gorgeous, the pool were great, and all the way down to the room service being super friendly. I couldnt be more happier! Thank you!
