Check in was easy. The girl at the desk gave us a king sized bed looking at the parking lot. I then went back to the desk and asked the women, who just started the new shift if i could have a king sized bed overlooking the canel. She said she would check to see if there were any other king size room available. She was very accommodating and found a room on the 4 th floor with the same king sized bed and we were very happy with the change. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom. Had a great stay, everything was clean and comfy, absolutely loved the room supplied hygien products I felt so clean and comfy after my shower. The pool was nice, had it to myself while I was there. Staff was also very friendly, helpful, and answered any questions I had about my stay.

Very nice hotel - but the beds here aren’t the usual squishy comfortable Hampton Inn beds that we are used to oddly enough, which is the main reason we prefer Hampton Inns. But, very spacious rooms, quiet, lovely canal views, nice breakfast, they even had ready made To Go breakfast bags on our way out the door this morning checking out. AND they offer a craft beer area that you can grab a card for and pay for a nice beer if you want it. We were impressed & would definitely stay here again. Oh and we liked that the luggage trolley had plenty of Hooks on it! It’s Christmastime and we didn’t have a shortage of packages we needed to bring in. Oh & I also enjoyed their mint infused ice water at the check in desk! Very happy with all the nice little things this hotel offered! And lastly I could text them with any concerns I had - towels restocked etc & they were lightening fast with a a response. Well Done to the staff at this location! We will Happily Return!

Waited at the hotel for 3 hours to check in as front desk said the room wasnt ready and she had not received an update from housekepping, went inside and again said she had not received a update but would check. The room had been ready the entire time i was there waiting as a matter of fact ecmvery room on the 5th floor was ready for check in, and instead of saying she hadent received an update she should have checked in with housekeep when we arrived to verify if the room was ready as most hotels do instead of making someone wait for hours, also reaxhed out at 7am to verify what time we would arrived as we had worked over night 10hrs and then had to drive 5 hrs to the hotel was not able to rest for hours due to her lack of customer service.
