The room and bed were comfortable. It’s nice that we were able to check in early for a $25 fee. But, we did have to change rooms due to a leaky shower head running water down the mirror, walls and flooding the vanity! Would not stay here again due to the extremely unfriendly front desk staff and manager. Due to the unfriendly and, ‘I don’t care’ attitudes towards customers that received and witnessed with others. For those reasons I would never rebook with this property have canceled a stay for this hotel that I had booked in October.

Checked in at night, front desk clerk was eating her food at the desk & I had to ask for her attention to start the process. Offered very little service or help when I asked her questions about surrounding area. Almost annoyed that I would ask her a question. Don’t usually leave reviews but was pretty shocked at how she was showing up at her job - no pride in the work. And shuttle driver had similarly poor attitude. Hopefully these two have better days next time.
