We did not have breakfast because of the 18.00 fee. Parking was adequate, but cost 10.00 a day. Entry to the buildings was confusing and not well marked. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

Overall rating: Excellent What stood out? The stay was excellent across the board. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff clearly took pride in their work. Front-desk and support staff were consistently courteous, professional, and helpful, which made the experience feel welcoming and smooth. The hotel amenities, location right across from Pointe Orlando, and overall atmosphere added to a very comfortable visit. Cleanliness and staff courtesy: The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a well-kept bathroom. Staff members were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions, demonstrating great hospitality.

The door took about 3 minutes and ten tries to open every time. The room appeared to be clean but there was trash in the trash can. Towels were provided but very cheap. All in all you get what you paid for.

We booked this hotel because of the 8.5 rating out of 10 and normally have great experiences with the higher ratings however we would rate this hotel a 2 for cleanliness alone I do have to say however that the front desk staff was very courteous and kind. We checked in and was given our room key for a room on the second floor after unloading all of our luggage and going up to the room we encountered that the room was already occupied by someone else. On the way back down to the office my children had to walk through clouds of marijuana smoke from people smoking on the balcony. When we arrived at the office we asked for a manager and explained that our room was already taken she was very apologetic and offered us a room in another building and one free breakfast buffet for one of the days that we stayed for our entire family. We loaded all of our luggage back up and drove around to the new building and when we got off the elevator on the 5th floor and walked down the walkway to our room we had our first sign of trouble which was all of the trash on the floor of the walkway. We proceeded to open the door to our room and were greeted with the smell of mildew but at this point our autistic child was so overwhelmed from the trip that we decided to settle the children in we inspected the beds and the sheets were clean. As we began unpacking is when we noticed just how filthy the room was. The carpets were sticky from all the dirt in them and we had to leave everything in our luggag

Pros: Actual hotel staff were awesome. Rooms were clean, water was hot, on demand and of a decent pressure even on the top floor. Pool area was clean. Other observations excusable because of price point: The decors is dated. The room’s front door lock was old and had a personality, but worked reliably once you figured it out. The room’s safe had a limited number of working digits, but still locked. 24h item shop was not 24h but there is a 24h Walgreens across the street. Cons: The two time share people I interacted with who were running the booth in the lobby disguised as an events and attraction desk had a problem with accepting a the third polite, “No”, but I was able to avoid the desk the rest of my stay.
