Flip side : definitely dated, grounds were a bit in disrepair, on the bed had a sheet heavier sheet and no blanket? bed and pillows were a bit stiff, van was in bad need of shocks and was concerned on the way back, if it was full and would we have to wait another 45 minutes to go back? Overall, B- and would stay there again."

"This room was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husbandhad just lost his mom 2 days before. The room and view were so peaceful for him. It was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've EVER had at a hotel in my life and there was no free breakfast which I live for. And you should consider due to your prices for that villa. Over all I enjoyed it so much that I'm trying to book again very soon."

"We had requested a handicap walk in shower and a room close to the elevators. We were unable to get either one and our room was so far from the elevators. We were told at the time they don’t assign rooms until check in. Even though we were there early, we couldn’t get what we needed. The worst was when they sent up a chair for the shower it took up the whole bathtub, needless to say my husband couldn’t shower during our time there. We were absolutely disappointed and would never book there again. They are definitely not handicapped friendly. Big disappointment!!"
