I booked the 16th-21st with the intention of checking in early in the morning on the 17th because I knew if I booked the 17th I couldn't check in till after 3pm. I got to the hotel at 10am to find out my reservation had been cancelled and I had to miss the convention I purchased tickets to because there were no other rooms available. The hotel also made it difficult to receive a refund.

It was the cleanest place I've stayed within a long time. Staff is awesome. Hot tub was very clean and the Jets work very well. The surrounding area has enjoyable stuff to do. Again I just cannot believe how clean and friendly it was 😊

We have have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This was the first time since the updates. The updates to the lobby and rooms were great. Upon arrival the check in clerk was not friendly and very curt. I was disappointed in his overall demeanor. Only one of 3 of the elevators were working, so needless to say there was always a wait at the elevator. Also the floor of the elevator was filthy. Room was clean and updated. The vending machine on our floor was out of order. Also, everything they offer as far as vending or the small grocery area in the lobby is cash free and extremely overpriced. This was disappointing. Lastly, the breakfast workers were rude and would literally step in front of you while you were making coffee, etc. to wipe the counter. The offerings were limited and all 3 of the hot plate areas were the exact same thing, small omelets. We were completely disappointed that they did not offer more- in the past we enjoyed the waffle maker station- which is now empty. Overall our stay felt safe and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel. .
