"Super nice Staff"

"I'm not a city person, so it was a little stressful to park and navigate the area, but it was fairly easy. While the exterior of the hotel wasn't as glamorous as I feel other Hiltons are, the rooms proved to be the best part."

"The beds were made and they had clean towels. But they forgot to clean up the little things. Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. In other words, the staff were really good and very nice at the front desk."

"No hot water for shower and wasn’t"

"Very helpful staff that corrected a problem and put us in a room with a fantastic view! They also had soft pretzels, which was just such a nice bonus!"
