I recently checked into my room and unfortunately found the condition to be below standard. Specifically, the chair has visible holes in the fabric, and the blinds have burn marks on them. This was disappointing to discover upon arrival and does not reflect the level of quality I expected. I addressed the matter with the front desk to request a new room, but unfortunately they were completely booked. The front desk staff gave us two drink tokens to accommodate.

Front desk staff and guy working at the bar = friendly and helpful. This was the only positive aspect of my stay 1) when I checked in, I was assigned to a room with a dirty toilet and visibly ripped and torn sheet on the bed 2) after the staff moved me to a new room, the TV was not working and I had to contact the front desk again so they finally sent someone to help fix the problem, after some delays 3) my room rate was supposed to include complimentary breakfast - the staff told me they were out of the vegetarian breakfast sandwich (I’m a vegetarian). I requested the chorizo breakfast wrap instead, minus the chorizo, and the staff proceeded to serve me a breakfast wrap that still had meat inside (?!) When I raised this concern to the staff, they said it would take even longer for the kitchen to remake the wrap - I was running late to an appointment and couldn’t wait any longer. They offered me a yogurt & granola parfait instead, very disappointing experience overall. I won’t stay at this hotel again.
