"Property and room was nice, parking was a bit of a hassle. No information was provided prior to checking in for parking location and the use of a code provided by hotel for a discount on parking. Our room didn’t come furnished with bedding for the pullout sofa but was provided when asked. Hotel is close to most things which was a positive about the stay. Only real complaint was parking"

"First of all, Sofitel is a very unique and luxury driven hotel without feeling pretentious. You know you’re staying in a caring personal hotel when they offer you an umbrella if it’s raining outside all the rooms have little amenities that you don’t normally get Staff are top-notch excellent offering suggestions and help you with anything make you feel like your family when you stay this is our go to Philadelphia stay perfectly located city center just recently beds are wonderful"

"We met Adam the first night and he showed us the wine cellar and the 2 event rooms they have downstairs. He introduced us to his wine manager who was very gracious and gifted us a bottle of wine we liked at their 5pm social hour the next day. The front desk was also friendly and helpful. The only minus is there’s no on site parking so it gets pretty chaotic when multiple people are at the valet desk. The great location and friendly staff are enough to keep us coming back."
