The primary and indeed the only complaint was the fact that the room, which overlooked the outdoor pool, played music on the outdoor speakers the entire night and disturbed my sleep to the extent that I was awake for 2-3 hours during a time that would have been given to sleep. The hotel should have an automatic switch-off of the speakers at a reasonable hour of night.

My partner and I had a wonderful 5-night stay here. The staff was great and the location is unbeatable for exploring Philly—it's very walkable with easy access to transit, dining, and shopping. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. We appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave, and the satisfying complimentary breakfast every morning. The shower was also fantastic! Be aware of street noise at night; we were woken up by a very loud street race one night around 2 AM. Despite that, we highly recommend this hotel as a comfortable and convenient base for your Philadelphia visit.

This hotel is a nice spot in Philadelphia. Perfect spot and walkable to many sites, restaurants, parks, and/or stores. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Any question I had was answered and every situation was taken care of very promptly. But a smile here or there or a casual hello/good morning would have been nice. Breakfast was the usual fare but it was always the same. Every day. Eating area was a bit on the small side. During the weekday, the space was tolerable, but on the weekend, it was another story. Overall, I do recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying at Elements downtown and we absolutely LOVED it! The room was spacious and clean and the location was PERFECT for us to see/do everything we wanted to in Philly! Not to mention, the complimentary breakfast was made hot and fresh every morning while also offering plenty of options for things to choose from! Both my husband and I agree that this was one of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed at and we would recommend this place to everyone!

The element is a beautiful hotel that was extremely convenient and the staff is quite friendly. Included breakfast was fantastic and we were easily able to get to our event from the hotel. I would absolutely consider staying here again.
