"Excellent breakfast despite too many guests. Location (Hyde Park, Underground) also excellent. So-called "deluxe double" room hardly bigger than a closet. Bathroom terrible; both tub/shower and washbasin impossible to use without soaking the entire space. Hotel staff (desk and breakfast) very helpful, very professional). Too bad about crowding too many rooms into too little space!"

"Generally the stay was fine. Room view over gardens nice. Room very compact. Noise level fine. Disappointed by the breakfast not enough tables for the volume, coffee pod machine didn’t work most of the time, always had to ask for a glass for juice, the food selection was poor. Hot food was not inviting. Second day we opted to avoid although pre paid but wasn’t worth the wait. "

"Good position, clean and reasonably priced hotel - staff at reception were good, close to shops and the Bayswater and Queensway tubes. Only down side was having to remake my bed every time I got out of it, get some fitted sheets… overall good but I have booked another hotel subsequently because of this"

"This hotel was a great base for our London exploration. It's close to a number of good restaurants as well as tube stations. It's clean. The room was spacious. Really no complaints to speak of. "
