Really good location short walk from two tube stations. Friendly and helpful staff. Lightly dated and tired but clean and comfortable beds. Shower does go all over the bathroom but easy to sort with towels.

Very old rundown hotel, tiny rooms you can't open a suitcase in. It was extremely hot and they had barely functional fans as their solution (no AC). Moldy smell in the corridors. The staff was not helpful. The manager was very nice. We only stayed one night out of four planned and escaped to a better hotel

Location is excellent. Accessible transportation and close to most of places of interests/ to visits. Only thing is shower room which has no curtain or door to prevent water splatters on the bathroom floors. Sraff are very helpful

Booked a three bed suite and found it only had two beds. Got moved to a family room and it wasn’t great. Bed base was ripped, torn, and very scruffy. Curtains were ripped and shredded in places. Two fans in room but room was hotter than hell, windows wouldn’t open and stay open. Glass in the bottom of the bath found too. Terrible stay, will not be back.

Room was clean and modern though had some maintenance issues. i.e. 2 pin plug for table lamp when its a UK socket!! No shower curtain so floor gets very wet, bath but no water taps just the shower. No air con, though fan provided. Hair dryer available from reception. Room 17, was nice and quiet. Excellent restaurant (Frame) and cafe (Beam) as well as a small sainsburys nearby.

Room was clean, although very worn out and small. What said a standard double looked more like a single room. 1 plug in whole room which was taken by the fan in this heat, bathroom outdated and small. Very noisy extractor fan. While pictures show rooms refurbed with new flooring, ours was very worn. We understand we were in Notting Hill and that was nice, and quiet but I stayed in other hotels 4 nights with same money. On other side, we were rewarded with an unexpected early check-in which was great for our plans.

Was given the wrong room, there was another woman already in it. Was given another room after. All shower knobs were broken so could not control temperature so it was too hot to shower. A women’s hair was left in the bathroom so it had not been cleaned well.
