"THIS IS NOT A HOTEL BUT AN UNSTAFFED AIRBNB. ZERO HELP. NO ONE ANSWERS PHONES, NO EMAILS. NUMBER ON BOOKING RECT IS OUT OF SERVICE. I TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE BOOKING. DAUGHTER NEVER USED HER 4TH FLOOR ROOM. THESE OLD HOUSES HAVE 2 FLIGHTS STEPS PER EACH FLOOR. NO SHOWERS. shower either scalding hot or freezing cold. No matter how adjust FIRE HAZARD. I am forensic investigator and there was NOT LEGAL SPACE between ends of two (??) beds and wall – less than 50cm. MOLD. Kitchen area reeks of mold. SLEEP IMPOSSIBLE Green bright light above bed 24 7, could not sleep for 3 nights had to buy eye mask. Night Lights on both sides bed broken NO HOTEL NAME ABOVE DOOR, TAXI DIDN’T WANT DROP US OFF DAUGHTER STAYED AT REAL HOTEL NEXT DOOR. Paid £255 for daughters room on 4th floor in unsafe attic, i think, we NEVER reached it and she had to stay at REAL hotel next door for £266 MORE. Avoid Bed also so soft after 2 nights i was not able to put weight on left leg til 2pm. NO PICS WILL UPLOAD IDK WHY. very small (279kb etc) WILL TRY POST AGAIN I plan to call health dept: no showers, not safe for fire egress, mold contamination. "

"For the price we paid this hotel was excellent value. Entrance to hotel is smart and modern, very helpful staff. Our room on top floor was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Good location - underground and buses all nearby. Would certainly choose this hotel again for short stays in London."

"Ideal for if you just need a clean, cozy place to sleep at the end of the night. Located in one of London's most expensive neighborhoods, it has the accessibility of 3 tube lines right down the block. There are also 4 supermarkets just downstairs, and a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area. It's on a busy street and never did it feel unsafe. The room was generally very clean and big with a comfy bed and adjustable AC, but has atypical misses. There is a Bluetooth speaker and a guitar amp, but face towels and slippers have to be purchased from the vending machines on select floors. Housekeeping had only come once in a course of a week. The glass box shower provided little insulation and water poured out onto the floor. Its layout provided little help since it shared a space with the toilet, but the sink was outside in the room. With the toiletry bottles secured to the wall, you then have to leave the shower area to get to the lotion and hairdryer. There was also mold behind the hand shower. For light sleepers, the sound of other rooms using the toilet may result in you waking from hearing water run through the pipes. It's not the worst since there was little door slamming or hearing people in the hallway. Generally, decent for if you're staying solo. May be difficult for those sensitive to noise or sharing a very transparent restroom with others."

"The rooms smelt like egg, we were on the top floor to begin with which was awful to get up to. The stairs are a killer and very windy. We then complained about our room and first felt like we weren’t believed and the boy receptionist came to check our room and finally believed us. We got moved to the first floor with two separate beds which we weren’t to pleased about. In the morning got up to shower and the shower smelt like egg again, we packed up our stuff and left early disappointed and a bit disgusted. It is near some shops however the egg smell really put us off going back to this hotel "

"Room was very clean. The staff were friendly. Room we had was in the basement, which was fine, however, some light was able to shine through the bedroom window at night. Another issue is that the bathroom sink did not drain the water away properly. "
