This is a budget hotel and with that in mind, I was completely satisfied with my 4 night stay. The room was too small to keep your luggage from getting in the way, but it was clean and had a kettle, coffee, tea, hairdryer, safe, tv. There was mini-soap and shampoo in the bathroom. It was quick and easy check-in and nice to have 24 hour reception. It is well located with a short walk to 2 different underground stations, grocery store, restaurants, pubs all nearby. Note, the water pressure in the shower was light but worked well. The toilet had a weak and often incomplete flush. We received housekeeping every second day, which could be normal or due to our late morning schedule. Overall, it was a clean and convenient budget accommodation.

The bed was made , but the bedding was not changed. I found some hair and other signs that clearly showed the bedding was dirty. I took video and went to show the receptionist. A person went to change the bedding, but the person was not wearing deodorant and every time he raised his arms he released an awful smell, leaving the room with a very disgusting odor. I took pictures of lots of dust bunnies under the bd. Will never return there.

I had an unscheduled operation come up on the day I was meant to be checking in and contacted the property in advance to rearrange my dates as this was an extenuating circumstance and the hotel was not accommodating. I think in such cases it makes a huge difference when they can accommodate for such circumstances and I was only wishing to move the date not ask for a refund but unfortunately they declined.

We had hoped for a 2pm check in however our room still wasn’t available at 4pm. We had to put our bags in the shared luggage room as we had an event to attend and we were very short on time. We had planned to have showers and get changed but this was not an option. We were put to extra expense by having to book an Uber to get to our event on time.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The entire hotel was ungodly hot. The towels smelled like they were never washed. The phone did not work, even to call the front desk. There was pink mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. the was a bug crawling across one of the beds. It was terrible. If you book here and find out how terrible the place is, Expedia will NOT fully refund your money. I got less than half back. If you try to get a refund from the insurance, the hotel will never refund the remainder of your money. Probably, don't use Expedia at all. They offered a $100 credit as if I'm ever going to book through Expedia again.
