Great location in the old Notting Hill row house district. Safe neighborhood and plenty of pubs with the yellow line only a couple blocks away. That said, the rooms are in old Notting Hill row houses and they seem to have done the best they can with the resources available, but the price was fair and if all you need is a bed and bath, this was fine. Staff was great and we would stay there again.

Great area and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the the room was dirty, there was a dirty band aid ind the shower cabin and a lot of long black hairs under the sheets.

Our hotel offered basic amenities i.e. bathroom and bedroom with kettle and hair dryer. No bar or restaurant on site but that was okay as we were really close to many other food and drink venues. Also really close to tube station.

The shower was really not very good, no pressure at all and was either boiling hot or freezing cold. There was also hair left in the shower/bathroom from the last guests and stains on the pillows. Also no lock on the bathroom door. Bed was very comfy and there was a good amount space and the staff were very lovely. Great location as well.
