My wife and I were spending a quick night in NYC as part of our honeymoon. The staff was just as excited for us; and after check-in they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine on the house. The room itself was very spacious, the set up was great, and the bed was the comfiest bed my wife and I have ever slept on in a hotel. My wife has already requested that we stay here again on future NYC trips. Extremely LGBTQIA+ friendly and respectful!

Excellent customer service from the doorman who carried our luggage up the steps, to the friendly and efficient check in, to the concierge who made reservations for us at the rooftop bar due dinner. The room was spacious, shower water was nice and hot, and the bed was sooo comfortable! Highly recommend the Sanctuary Hotel!

The staff was great, the hotel is right in the middle of time square and popular broadway shows. Walking distance to Hell’s Kitchen, Central Park, and all the major things we wanted to see. The room was nice and we would stay again for sure.
