Room was clean. Bar lounge waitress (don’t know her name) but she was really friendly and was hustling on the floor by herself to take care of every one. Location is perfect because it’s close enough to main attractions but still seems quiet at night.

Park Central excellence

Our room was nicely organized and very clean. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Guest relations were excellent and coffee pot was delivered to the room promptly. They also made follow up call to insure coffee pit received and if anything else was needed. Location in New York was excellent, as well.

I reported I had issues with my double lock. Issues with TV connection. Maintenance showed up at 12:30 am!! Changed remote batteries. Next day management discounted my destination fees, but NOT very understanding or accommodating the hardship I experienced. I am a single retired woman. Location is great. Great location but lots of road noise and sirens all day and all night. Had to change rooms as no cold water in shower or basin, also safe not working and all door handles on bathroom and wardrobe doors were loose. But when we changed rooms all was good. Staff at reception all very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay at this hotel! It’s close to everywhere we wanna go. Feels like a safe area even walking at 1 or 2 AM from Times Square. Price seems fair specially we stayed here at the peak of summer time and lots of events happening on the week we stayed. Hotel is pretty clean and staff are nice. Loved that they have a storage area for luggages. Had to store our stuff for a few hours before check in and a few hours after check out. So no time wasted sitting in the lobby because of our luggages waiting for our room to be ready and was able to go out for lunch and a quick stroll at Central Park before heading to the airport after the noon checkout. Overall a great stay and will be back with our kids next time. Only complain is the AC doesn’t seem to get that cold even in the lowest setting. But maybe it’s just me coz I like the room to be freezing cold specially after a hot day of walking around the city. And the shower curtain is kind of annoying coz it’s not long enough that some water gets out of the tub. But very minimal stuff.
