The pros: it was spacious and accommodated the 7 of us comfortably, well stocked in kitchen. The cons: there were 2 large flights of stairs to go up to the apartment, which was not stated in the listing, so if you have any issues navigating stairs (22 on 1st flight, about 15 on 2nd flight to get to apt) you may want to reconsider. Not easy dragging luggage up the stairs and with one person being in their 70s and not as mobile.The couch was stained and filthy. Had to cover it with towels just to sit on it. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable for us. I realize this is a preference issue, but for us it did not work.The blinds in two of the bed rooms and main space had several broken slats. Several sleeping pillows were stained. It would’ve been hard to miss for whoever came in to change the sheets and clean up.The walls were all scraped up, which did not directly affect our stay, but was just an example of not being taken care of. This seems like it was a very nice place that hasn’t been taken care of very well. No one wants to come into a living room and see a couch with stains all over it or broken blinds or sleep uncomfortably for several nights. They were seven of us and not one person was comfortable on the beds. Our stay for five nights with all of the fees was just under 10,000 and for that I expected more. And for what it’s worth, I rarely write reviews good or bad, so I’m not a complainer, but this missed the mark for all of us. have photos of all
