Air conditioner was hard to control, it was either freezing or blowing hot air. Otherwise, everything was great. Breakfast was fantastic (as have been all of our Hampton breakfast experiences). Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Hampton never disappoints! We would not hesitate to stay again.

Room was clean and nice space for NY hotel. A bit aged but not really a bother for me. Shower head trickled but probably just my room. Overall good location to everything.
