This hotel was beyond my expectations. What really sets it apart is the amazing staff. The front desk, doorman and bellhop were so friendly and helpful. I don't see that much these days from other hotels. We will definitely return here on our next NYC trip.

We stayed 3 nights for a mini-vacation. This hotel was excellent from start to finish. Front desk staff was professional yet friendly and helpful. We were offered our VIP bottle of wine but chose water instead - nice alternative and was restocked frequently. Room upgrade unavailable because they were sold out. The hotel is SO quiet and clean - every staff person friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely and beds comfy. Dining options were endless and we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted. Easy to catch a cab/Uber from the location. Highly recommend.
