What a great hotel! The front desk staff was so friendly upon arrival and helped me to upgrade our room. We had an amazing view of the Empire State Building right outside our window! The location is great and within a 15 minute walk to a lot of tourist spots and close to a hop on hop off tour stop if that is something you plan to do. We grabbed a coffee and croissant one morning and it was delicious. Definitely take a few minutes to go up to the rooftop! It has a small clear floor area and beautiful views of the buildings around the hotel. I’d stay here again!

The rooms feel comparable to an Ibis-style two-star hotel. For the price we paid, the value for money is not met. The room standards are very low and should not be priced at more than £150 per night. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I also create content and usually enjoy sharing hotel experiences, but this time I chose not to. The hotel feels outdated and is not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The one saving grace is the staff — they are truly amazing and make a big difference. Fortunately, the team here is fantastic.

Room was clean and check in was efficient and welcoming. I have two complaints - the bar TV doesn’t have ESPN. I didn’t even know that was possible. Second, they don’t have enough staff making coffee in the morning. Yesterday morning there was one barista and there was a line for coffee, while there were 3 people at the reception desk just standing around talking to eachother doing nothing.

The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected but that was the only thing that bothered me. Overall, the service was excellent, rooms were clean, very helpful front desk assistance. Everyone was really nice and this hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend and I would look forward to staying here again!
