The room is very small, however, it is New York. The room was very well-maintained, and housekeeping was excellent. Food at restaurant was average but the service was great. Bars are fun with great views.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was excellent and attractions were very walkable. Subway was very close as well. My observation was the floors in the bar/restaurant areas were sticky. Even in the public restrooms. Though there were 4 elevators they were slow. Once you were in the elevator it was fast to your floor.

I really enjoyed the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and had multiple subway stops near by. The hotel was modern and clean. I would appreciate a shower with a door, I was always concerned with water getting in the floor and the room was a bit small but was comfortable enough and had everything you needed!
