I pay to upgrade my room to a city view, the said they didn't have any note left, I told them to give me the difference that I pay and they siad that what i pay were the resort fees and I know that is not true The staff is not friendly and the rooms are extremely small Do not recommend and I'll never stay there again

Room was extremely clean, waited too long for the elevator on multiple occasions. I was not satisfied with the staff at the restaurant (Margaritaville), we attempted to go twice and both times they tried to discourage us from entering... Both times the bar was sparsely occupied. But I would add the bartenders were friendly. Rooms are definitely not soundproof, we slept in spurts is the best description I can give (lots of street noise).
