"Comfy room, and convenient airport shuttle, but major bonus points for the board & other games in the lobby. The only quibble was the pool, with an uninvitingly green tint. On an up note, we paid for breakfast and liked their voucher system, which let my grandkids pick foods they especially like instead of the usual quantity-over-quality breakfast buffet."

"I've stayed at this property multiple times. It is a great property for an airport location hotel. The entire staff is very helpful from security/bellmen up to speaking with a manager, if necessary. The rooms are very clean and despite being near the airport, it's very quiet. We ate at the Skyview Lounge all 3 nights and had drinks while watching local sports. Our server/bartenders Jonalene, Nick, TJ, Rikki and JP were the BEST ! Friendly conversation and great service once again. The M Club was a nice bonus for a private place to get some work done or a complimentary snack. Breakfast was my favorite. Will definitely be staying again on my next trip to San Francisco !"
