We stayed there for 5 days and housekeeping didn’t come in even once. They only come upon request and the time we requested they said they were short staffed. The place is outdated and the bed covers are weird. Would not stay there again unless it’s only for night to catch an early flight.

Easy check-in, room was clean & a decent buffet breakfast. I have stayed at the Grosvenor Park probably 5 times in the past, & have never had any issues. Airport shuttle runs from 5-11:45am & 5-11:45pm.
