I love staying at The Dylan. Its very clean, quiet, and cute! And also has everything I need and safe. Also a 24 hour complimentary coffee machine and very nice dining area. Theres also Happy Hours and drinks for purchase etc. Its a pleasant stay the two times Ive stayed there and the employees are very polite. I plan to stay again when in SF area. .

Smell in room was musky & old. There was no other room available. We were told to leave door open to 'air out'...didn't help much! TV did not work. The night shift desk person tried to get it fixed but unable. No free breakfast as offered. No exercise room available. Felt like we were at a MOTEL 6 with only outdoor access to room. VERY POOR LIGHTING AT OUTSIDE OF ROOM. Felt unsafe at night. No shuttle to airport. Uber costs $35 on a Thursday evening. When we got to hotel we were told taxis are a better deal & they forgot to tell us when we called for transportation info. TV POWER CORD MISSING. Took over 1 hour for night clerk to figure out. When arrived told there was no breakfast included & Expedia advertisses incorrectly. Definitely not deserving of a 9.2 rating. What is wrong with your rating system!!!

This is just a lovely little hotel. The location is very convenient, and there are lots of food options within easy walking distance. The atmosphere at the hotel is relaxing and friendly. I don't usually write much about hotels, but this one is a gem.

This is a really neat property! Retro hip, if that’s a term to describe it. Room is comfy, space to sit and relax, balcony to chill out, good nearby restaurants. The room has a record player with records! And it’s very close to SFO, making a very convenient place to stop over.
