Disliked: Cleanliness
There was zero communication with host. We could not check in and waited over five hours. VRBO made up for it by refunding our stay and making it right. I’m happy with VRBO and will continue to use VRBO. However I will never use that host and I do not recommend the host or property. It felt very unsafe and dark. Waited for five hours and could not check in.
