This property was very unique in that it has a lake with turtles and koi fish that will swim up to the edge. It also has multiple dining options very close by. It is clean and the only complaint is that the air conditioner is not great and turns off during the night.

My room is spacious looking out to the lake from the window. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Everything is clean in my room. Staffs are friendly and nice. It is very convenient to take public transport like buses and metro to anywhere in Milan. The people in the Segrate are very nice too. If you prefer space and green land, it is the place!

Not NH Milano 2 Residence, even if that is your booking. The NH Milano has 2 sections Hotel and Residence. Both are hotel rooms but the NH Milano 2 Hotel is the Main entrance for both

Maybe a nice place to stay at one point, but....

Very run down hotel. Worn & dirty carpets, lots of disrepair evident in the Residences. Check in procedure a gong show & staff very unhelpful. Everywhere you turn, there is an attempt to extract money from you. Very good location, in a nice neighbourhood near Linate Airport. Nice, serene lake as part of the property.

This place was so outdated the room was horrible with a disgusting carpet no wood floors like in the pictures. Wouldn't never recommend this property. I cheched out within 30 minutes and went to a different hotel.

Honestly wasn’t the best experience. Room was spacious but that’s where it ends. nothing really is included in hotel room which can be understandable for most things , but the fact that their was not even a single water included either. I get that other drinks can also be extra or getting mutlipe of anything but their was nothing complimentary. With 2 guests I assumed theirs atleast 1 complimentary water for each guest but they charged for that and theirs not really a grocery store or convenient store that I could go to nearby and same with restaurants in area there wasn’t that many options nearby you needed to transport. The receptionist werent necessarily rude but they didn’t really look to happy to talk either they really didn’t look happy to be there they look upset when I spoke with them

There were mosquitoes everywhere, infesting the rooms, as well as marks of dead mosquitoes and blood all over the room, the walls, the curtains and the bed. There is currently a dengue uprise going around in Italy so this made our stay very uncomfortable with all the bugs in the room. The room smelled musty like vomit. Had to walk 10minutes outdoors from the main building to get to our room in the pouring rain. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

La pulizia della camera lascia a desiderare, capelli nel bidè, doccia in vasca che si riempiva fino alle caviglie. Odore gradevole e molto forte, di aglio nel corridoio, fatto presente al personale, è stato semplicemente spruzzato del deodorante, che ha finito di mischiarsi a quello dell'aglio. Giorno dell'arrivo musica a volume altissimo nella piazza dove affacciava la camera, con finestre chiuse non si sentiva neanche la TV, questo dalle 16.00 fino alle 23.00, non si è potuto riposare, dopo un viaggio per arrivare di 7 ore, con partenza alle 2 di notte, 34 ore senza dormire arrivo in struttura e non posso riposare? Per questo lasciato alloggio un giorno prima.
