I stayed at this hotel in Milan and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to get around the city. A special thanks to Alexander and Stefania for their kindness and helpful attitude throughout my stay — the staff really made a difference. The breakfast was adequate, though it could benefit from a bit more variety. The rooftop area is a nice touch, perfect for sitting and enjoying a drink after a long day in the city. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this place to friends visiting Milan.

Our stay at UNA Galles Milano was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The young gentleman who assisted us during check-in was very kind, attentive and friendly, he took time to explain everything clearly and even helped us by reserving at a near restaurant. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. And the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent; close to restaurants, shops, and has a bus and train stop just 2 minutes form the hotel. I would recommend this hotel a thousand times over and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Milan.

The room was clean but was in the oddest location… back of the hotel, 5 stories up, then down three different halls and then down stairs and up stairs and then through a shred door and THAN to our room. It did have a balcony and was next to the metro, so that was very helpful.
