So pleased with myself for choosing this hotel. Really good location for walking about the city and on all public transport. Great breakfast with vegan and vegetarian hot and cold options which were tasty and of very good quality. Staff here were particularly friendly and efficient. Bathroom and bedroom well fitted and comfy. All staff were welcoming. Able to leave our bags securely before and after check-in/out. Very good hotel for all aspects, would be more than happy to stay again.

This was my third stay at Hotel Windsor and the amenities within the room were disappointing. The hotel hallways and space within the room felt sterile or uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have common toiletries. However, the front reception staff was incredibly helpful in calling taxis and making restaurant recommendations and reservations.

Really nice hotel only a 15 minute walk from the Centre of Milan. Front Desk Team are excellent and nothing was to much trouble. Only slight negative was my bathroom shower unit was very compact. Overall though...would highly recommend this hotel.

We got a room close to the street on the second floor. It was noisy and woke us up, especially once the street trains started running around 5ish. The breakfast was amazing though. The location was great; we could easily take a subway to Duomo and the train to the airport.

Pros: Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Lots of table / wardrobe space | Breakfast buffet was high quality and plentiful | Restaurant had amazing dishes including Milanese risotto Cons: No USB power sockets| No moisturiser | Felt too quiet / remote from the action, despite having tram stops around as it felt a bit far | Only one toilet for men and one for women |No step free access from ground to lift (needed to lift suitcase up 1-2 steps)
