Bathroom facilitites were not working. Toilet ov erflow would not stop,wasting water and sink was clogged. Reported the toilet, a 5 minute fix that lasted 1 hour was performed. After 2 flushes, would not flush again. No alternative room or credit to my account was offered since Iprepaid with Hotels.com. If I ever return to Milan will not use nor recommend this Hotel unles you have a very early flight and not bath or use a bathrooom at all.

This is such convenient easy experience. It would be nice if the sauna stayed on later hours as I wasn’t able to use it. Also the smell in the room was like a nursing home. The sanitation smell is horrible. Please Sheraton find some aromatic natural essence diffuser or change the vendor.

Hotel design is a disaster. One bank of elevators. Most rooms are far, far away from the elevators and with carpeted floors very strenuous to lug your luggage to your room. Horrible experience.

Staff was amazing; place was wonderfully clean; breakfast was fabulous; and the staff at breakfast were all very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return in about 2 1/2 weeks. However, it’s clear the hotel is working to improve. Our room had cracked glass on the outside window. The outside of the hotel had paint peeling and the carpet in some places needed to be updated. We were challenged to find the entrance to the hotel. Mark picked up our luggage and he was just amazing in helping to get us out the door! All in all, Richard was ready to take the mattress home except we’re on a 2 1/2 week tour and it just wouldn’t fit in his backpack. He loved it. Thanks so much for a delightful stay; we will be back!
