The hotel’s location was ideal—within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. While the rooms were a bit dated, the convenience and price made it worthwhile. We arrived late from the airport, quickly checked in, dropped our bags, and headed out for food. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we returned that we noticed the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned—there were marks in the bathtub, dirty taps, and grimy walls. On a positive note, the beds were quite comfortable. However, the radiator couldn’t be turned off, which made the room uncomfortably warm during the night. The breakfast had a good selection of gluten free items. The uncleanliness was overall really off putting and we would not stay again.

Probably very very dated and unclean. Standard rooms Looks like they haven't been updated since the 1960's. Mold in bathroom. Mattress very old and sicken in the middle. Would not stay here again. Good location.

Perfect location right near the duomo. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Beds comfy and bathroom great. Room and bathroom were quiet large and pin drop quiet. We’d stay again!

While the property is near all shopping stores/ centers, the hotel itself is NOT to our expectations: 1) broken “safe”- fixed several times but did not work; 2) building is kind of old that needs fixing esp the bathroom which has mold on the wall & sidings of the shower; 3) bathroom has that smell of drainage; 4) no complimentary bottled water- we had to buy from their bar & cost us 4 Euros for the big bottle; 5) no iron & ironing board in the room- instead they’re located in one designated room in the 9th floor which is too inconvenient as that room is too small & hot, not good for people who are claustrophobic

Well located hotel so close to Milan’s centre, but a bit outdated inside. The desk staff need to be more knowledgeable about the local area and therefore helpful. Complimentary water should be provided as you immediately have to try and find somewhere to buy it. Our basic room was a good size but outdated decor. Breakfast provided was good.

This property can't be call a 4 start hotel the regular rooms are so dated beds are extremely hard and the room service barely have choices ... The pro is at walking distance to the Duomo and to shopping and restaurants areas ... the staff is absolutely wonderful Con beds are extremely hard and room are really outdated we made this hotel our home base for a week and as soon we enter the room i wanted to check out ..lets start witj the doors OMG you need to use a key and what a hassle because didn't open like a regular key lock our room was supposed to be non smoking and when we open the door that is all you smell the bed sheets were not change from the prior person in the room our bed sheets were filty then the bed was extremely hard the bathroom has zero ventilation so warranted you to open the windows and along with that mosquito get in the worse part is that they only have 1 elevator (lift) and omg they need to have a elevator just dedicated to the rooftop restaurant on weekends night gets so busy that the line to get the elevator to your room after a all day out is insane you would end taking the stairs and staying on 6 floor wasn't fun ...overall if your on passing and want to be by the Duomo area and need to stay one night this maybe work for you with the stipulations that you stay in a deluxe room and not in a standard...i read reviews before booking this hotel and the reviews don't match the reality Expedia you could've done better because this hotel wasn't cheap
