Hotel located about 20 minutes from city center by bus or tram, excellent connections and frequencies. Staff is the best, super friendly, attentive and helpfull. The rooms are very, very spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast, loads of choice. All fresh with a large variety of fresh good quality produce.

Spotted an empty glass of drinking water in our initial room without a bathtub. We booked a room with bathtub and was subsequently given another room. The staff who handled our check in was really casual with us when we pointed out the issues and his attitude really surprised me. Other than that, everything else was great.

Our first room had an issue with the shower hot water. However, after discussing it with the staff, we were moved to an upgraded room on the second night, which was absolutely amazing. The new room more than made up for the initial inconvenience.
